This Shipping Policy explains our order processing and delivery process after you place a purchase on renuray.com, including estimated times, costs, tracking, and important limitations. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms alongside our Terms of Service.

Key Disclaimer: Orders ship from our international fulfillment centers (primarily in Asia). All delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays, and events beyond our control.

 

Quick Shipping Overview

United States:

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-20 business days
  • Most orders arrive within 10-18 business days
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

United Kingdom:

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 10-25 business days
  • Customs delays common

European Union:

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 10-25 business days
  • Customs delays common

Canada, Australia, Rest of World:

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 15-35 business days
  • Longer times expected for remote areas

Total time from order to delivery: Typically 8-38 business days depending on your location.

 

1. Order Processing

1.1. Once you place an order and complete payment, we typically process and hand off to the carrier within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

1.2. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Note: tracking may take 2-5 additional days to activate with the carrier.

1.3. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or delay orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, address errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Split shipments if items ship from different warehouses (you'll only pay shipping once).
  • Substitute similar items if exact stock runs out (only if it doesn't materially affect product function).

2. Delivery Estimates (Estimates Only)

2.1. What affects delivery times:

  • Customs clearance and inspections
  • Peak holiday seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year)
  • Carrier delays, weather, strikes, or force majeure events
  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by the above factors.

 

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and carrier rates. You'll see the exact cost before confirming your purchase.

3.2. Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions (clearly marked at checkout). Free shipping does not affect return shipping costs.

3.3. Taxes & Duties:

  • Prices shown at checkout include sales tax/VAT where applicable (calculated by your delivery address).
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local customs upon arrival. These are not included in the checkout price.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot reimburse them.

3.4. Shipping cost changes: Rates may change due to carrier price adjustments, fuel surcharges, or dimensional weight changes. The rate at checkout applies to your order.

 

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

4.1. We use reputable international carriers including but not limited to:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL (United States)
  • Royal Mail, Parcelforce (United Kingdom)
  • Various national postal services (EU)
  • ePacket, China Post, Yanwen (standard economy)

4.2. Tracking:

  • You'll receive tracking via email once available.
  • International tracking may show "in transit" for weeks before updating.
  • Final delivery leg may transfer to your local postal service (less reliable tracking).

4.3. Undeliverable Packages:

  • If carrier marks as "undeliverable" (bad address, unclaimed, refused), package returns to sender.
  • You pay reshipping fees + any return shipping costs.
  • No automatic refunds for undeliverable packages.

5. International Shipping & Customs

5.1. Orders ship from Asia fulfillment centers. Your package will clear customs in your country.

5.2. Customs Duties & Taxes:

  • Your responsibility - not included in checkout price
  • Varies by country, product value, and local regulations
  • Contact your local customs office for estimates
  • Refusal to pay = package returned/abandoned at your cost

5.3. Prohibited/Restricted Items:

  • Some countries ban certain products (batteries, liquids, etc.)
  • We comply with declared values but cannot guarantee customs approval
  • Check your country's import rules before ordering

5.4. Address Requirements:

  • Provide complete address including: street, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, phone number
  • International format preferred
  • Incorrect addresses = delivery failure at your cost

6. Order Issues & Support

6.1. "Where is my order?"

  • Check tracking first (allow 5-7 days for activation)
  • Contact support if no tracking after 7 business days from order date
  • Do not contact us before 10 business days unless tracking shows major issues

6.2. Lost/Stuck Packages:

  • File carrier claim after 30 days from shipment date
  • Provide tracking, photos, proof of non-delivery
  • Replacement/refund only after carrier investigation (2-8 weeks)

6.3. Damaged in Transit:

  • Document with photos immediately upon receipt
  • Follow Returns Policy for damage claims
  • Keep all packaging for inspection/claims

7. Shipping Limitations & Liability

7.1. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates. All times are estimates. We are not liable for delays.

7.2. Force Majeure: Not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or carrier failures.

7.3. Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to you once the carrier accepts the package. Insure valuable items at your discretion.

7.4. Multiple Orders: Combined into single shipment when possible. Separate shipments track independently.

7.5. PO Boxes/APOs: May have restrictions. Verify carrier compatibility at checkout.

 

8. Changes & Cancellations

8.1. Order Cancellation: Only before processing (within ~12 hours of purchase). Contact support immediately.

8.2. Address Changes: Only before shipping. After shipment, forward through carrier at your cost.
